UTS training times and locations vary throughout the year to accommodate changes in semester, work, weather, upcoming competitions and holidays. The structure of our trainings also varies to focus on Learn to Play, Fitness or Uni Games. All our sessions are open to anybody as long as you're willing to give it a go and put in a little effort =P
The best way to find out about the next training and to be added to the Training list is to send us a quick email.

UTS likes to step up its trainings in preparation for Eastern (EUGs) and Australian Uni Games (AUGs). We bring in a super-coach so there's higher expectations on committment and effort but don't let that scare you. If you're keen on representing the Black & Teal in the inter-university level, then send us an email and we'll get back to you.

Hey guys and girls
A 'Hat' competition is where you register by your skill level (beginner -> pro) and you're assigned to a team. Each team is comprised of people from across the whole range of skill levels so it's a great way to learn the game and meet a whole bunch of people at the same time. Don't worry if you don't know how the sport works yet - the idea of the 'Hat' is to teach new frisbee players the ropes! Whether you can make training or not, the Hat is the best way to get knee-deep in frisbee straight away.
Hey guys and girls,
The time has come to register for the NSL Winter League! This is a great chance to play frisbee for UTS on a weekly basis. Whether you're a pro, or you've never thrown a frisbee before, we're more than happy to have you come along. Remember Uni Games is just around the corner and league experience will be extremely valuable if you hope to play for UTS at Coffs Harbour in July or Perth in September.
An annual uni competition where UTS faces off against the best of the best university wise, this comp will surely quench your frisbee thirsts. Followed by a killer after party hosted by the people from Sydney uni with awesome drink specials and prizes up for grabs, this tourney is worth playing in.

What other way to spend the first week of semester one holidays than road tripping it to Coffs Harbor and playing four days of frisbee against the best from NSW and ACT. We play ultimate during the day and party at night! much fun is to be had.
